Please sign up to volunteer. We’re getting old and really need your assistance to continue the Fly-In.
The Volunteer Work Party Weekend is Oct 21-22, 2023. We will be preparing the camping and event site that weekend. Please show up ready to work and we’ll assign you a task or let us know if you are skilled in a particular area.
Don’t forget, work weekend set-up is rain or shine! Any early arrivals for camping that week are requested to participate.
If you can offer your time prior to the work weekend, please call Dave (936-369-4362) to make arrangements and help out. We are ALWAYS in need of help!

- Fuel up Gilmore with AVGAS
- Prepare Porta-Potties & Showers
